Desjardins Bank, National Association, is a commercial bank that was established on February 28, 1992, under the original name Desjardins Federal Savings Bank. On March 27, 1992, the main office was relocated to 1001 East Hallandale Beach Boulevard, Hallandale, Florida. In a significant transition, on January 1, 2004, the institution changed its name to Desjardins Bank, National Association, and transitioned its organizational type to a commercial bank.
