Desjardins Bank, National Association, is a commercial bank that was established on February 28, 1992, under the original name Desjardins Federal Savings Bank. The institution's primary focus was to provide banking services while operating as a federal savings bank. On March 27, 1992, the main office was relocated to 1001 East Hallandale Beach Boulevard, Hallandale, Florida. In a significant transition, on January 1, 2004, the institution changed its name to Desjardins Bank, National Association, and transitioned its organizational type to a commercial bank.
