In 2010, the institution expanded by acquiring Usa Bank in Port Chester, New York, and Isn Bank in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, both through government-assisted mergers. The institution underwent a name change to Customers Bank on April 6, 2011, and subsequently moved its main office to 99 Bridge Street, Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. On September 17, 2011, Customers Bank acquired Berkshire Bank in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania.
