CS Bank, originally established as the Bank of Eureka Springs on May 1, 1912, has undergone several name changes and regulatory transitions throughout its history. The institution was renamed Cornerstone Bank on May 13, 2008, and underwent another name change to Cornerstone Bank on November 3 of the same year. On June 10, 2008, it reverted to the name Bank of Eureka Springs before ultimately adopting the name CS Bank on November 18, 2020.
