★ Branch review: Teaneck Branch

Cross River Bank has the WORST customer service I have ever seen in my life. I understand being overwhelmed, but i have been approved for a loan for 2 months right now, and still havent been funded because the system is terrible, the people are incompetent and apparently management doesnt exist or they just straight dont care. 60 days since approval for the PPP and you guys are sabotaging my business. I am going to have to take you to court to get paid. this is pathetic

★ Branch review: Teaneck Branch

I am a new 'Upstart' borrower, my first payment is due the 13th of this month (August). I don't know the account number, I have not received anything in email or USPS mail. Can I access my loan account on line? Pay surplus principal payment on line? Receive a monthly statement?
