Cross County Savings Bank is a financial institution that was established on January 1, 1888, originally named Cross County Federal Savings and Loan Association. Over the years, it underwent several changes in structure and regulatory oversight. On October 31, 1986, it changed its name to Cross County Federal Savings Bank and transitioned to a mutual savings bank organization. The main office was relocated to 79-21 Metropolitan Avenue, Middle Village, New York, on July 1, 1997. Subsequently, on July 21, 2011, the primary federal regulatory agency of the bank was changed to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
