I paid off my account and closed it, I was a paperless customer. I called customer services which was no help, so I asked for a supervisor, his name was Axel tried to tell me that my account had been deleted and they could not get me the statements I was requesting.... I then asked to speak to someone over him and he put me on hold forever. I looked at some of the reviews and seen that a gentlemen had got a different number to call Corp off. I called talked to a service rep that transferred me to Margie and she was sooooo nice and help me out. I'm very appreciative to her she tried different ways to get them and then took the time to do them manually for me and to mail them. If you cant get any help from customer service call 1-800 749 4900.

I have also called their published Customer Service number only to wait forever to speak to anyone. I did just call the 800 749 4900 number and not only spoke to someone immediately, but was able to speak to Javier, who identified himself as a Manager in Las Vegas. After just a couple of minutes my concern was taken care of. So bypass that 877-825-3242 mess and do what I did. I will use that number from now on as needed. Hope this helps.

I got a card with them several years ago. They charged me every year a fee for having the card then every month that I didn't use it. Eventually I asked for a credit line increase but instead they Said they sent me another card. So there's another card on my account which I've never received with a $95 fee on it just for the honor of having their crappy card. I've called and called to tell them I don't have a new card from them and no way I'm paying for a card I didn't ask for. The card I have has a line of credit under a thousand. I don't even use it because of that. But when you call they shuffle you around from person to person and you cannot understand anyone you try to speak to. It's absolutely the Worst company I've ever felt with.

I opened the account and made my second payment with Venmo checking/routing # to my surprise Venmo doesn't make these kind of payments. It's strictly for payroll, government, tax refund deposits only. Since this happened in Aug 2022, despite me making the payment on time still with a different payment method. Credit Once has been harassing me to send in bank statement of the Venmo transaction. When I call I get the offshore team who clearly know nothing about resolving the issue. I sent letter with on Venmo's letterhead explaining why the transaction didn't go through and I'm still getting emails of closing my account. Well they can go right ahead because I don't need to headache. They clearly have the information that they need to call Venmo and verify themselves. It's not worth the headache. Poor customer service offshore in the Philippines and India.

Received a credit card that I did not request. I paid the 75.00 fee just to put this behind me. Gave my bank information for withdrawal and they left a number off. All routing has the same number of characters. Considering the 75.00 was not received the bank indicated that I had defaulted on the card. My credit score was decreased by 74 points. I have tried to reconcile this matter however, a legal remedy is my only option. Stay away from these people!!!?

The Credit One Bank of Las vegas, Nevada mistreated me many times. The CSAs were rude each time I spoke with them. Stay away from this Bank !! The Bank, in my opinion, has been run by a highly unprofessional team of owners ,and/or the Board of Driectors.

I can not speak with anyone regarding my account. I have a new account and it has already been charged. It was just opened 2 days ago and they want me to pay it on March 27, 2020 and yet they are telling me it is past due. Everytime I call no matter the phone number given they are closed! What the heck is going on! this is ridiculous. There is no number, no email, no nothing. Are you even real, is the credit real? Do we just charge the card and then never pay it and pretend we are not real! I will try again tomorrow. I called 20 times in the last two days with nothing. Worst company in history. Next is the exposure of news I guess.

I have paid my account of several times. Each time the balance paid off was charged again to my account for the next billing cycle. I have called serveral times. Recently I spoke to the following individuals on 3/9/20 Ann-Supervisor who stated the issue was occuring because I was paying the accounts off before the end of the current billing cycle, John-Manager who stated he would check on the issue and return my call on 3/16/20, and Rick- Sr. Manager could not understand the issue I was reporting. I requested that Rick connect my call to Corperate Headquarters in Las Vegas. I was connected to a Ms. Codova. She stated that she was with headquarters. I explained my situation and asked if she would review my Master Card account but I was experiencing the same issue with both of my accounts. She then proceed to attempt to dismiss me and state that I could review my own statements. When I insisted upon her assistance and clarification for her denial in reviewing the accounts, she stated that I miss understood her and stated that she could review the accounts with me. However, in her review of the accounts of course she found no issue and when she did she made adjustments to validate her statement of no issue. When she finally review the current billing cycle for 3/14/20, she stated that the balance reflected on the card at that time was correct which (was?) $70.65 which included (transactions of $30.88 + $17.28 + $22.49) At this time there were no outstanding or pending transactions. We agreed that this was the correct balance for the current 3/14/20 billing cycle and concluded the call. I checked the balance on 3/19/20 and the balance changed to $166.99 which included transactions of $136.11 with no record or documentation of the transactions. This again is an example of how the balance of previous transactions are being recorded on my account each time that I pay off the balance. Now according to Supervisor Ann, this issue is occurring because I am paying the balance off before the billing cycle. So when the billing cycle ends and reconcilication of account occurs the transactions are then recorde on the account. However, the payment which was made prior to the billing cycle is not being taken into consideration at that time. So the paid transactions are rolling forward. Obviously the person(s) who reconcile the account is not referring to the payment information which would indicate that the payment for those transactions has already been applied, therefore no charges should go forward on the account. Each time a pay off my balance this happens. I'm concerned is purposefully or is it an accounting error. When speaking to Manager John and Supervisor Ann both when looking at the account stated they could see that the transactiions were still reflected on the account as of 3/9/20 and that the balance had been paid in full and balance was reflecting $0 at that time. Manager John stated that he would monitor the account to ensure that the transaction still reflecting on the account because it was not yet the end of the billing cycle was not removed but would be at the end of the billing cycle. Although the transactions where removed the total of part of the transactions were applied to the account for the next billing cycle. Please review my account and call me 682-314-6555. I have called customer service #877-825-3242 and have been left in a continual hold. I am currently on hold 3/20/20 after speaking with a Operator at Las Vegas Headquarters 702-269-1000. I would appreciate someone speaking with me regarding this issue. There seems to be a pattern of concern about issues occurring when account balances are paid in full base on the other complaints you are receiving. This is apparently a serious issue. I've been on hold now the forty miniutes, so I'm hanging up and will call again until I speak with someone. The next number I will call will be #800-749-4900. Thanks for all immediate assistance you can provide.

I paid off my credit card using an account I always have used and Credit One suspended my card with a threat to close the account at the grantor request (which would be negative on my credit) because I paid off my account balance of 533.77. If I don't provide the contact information and the bank transaction statement of the account I used to pay the card off with to them I will be punished. I don't feel I should have to do that. I have never been late on any payment and paid the card off. Also, they have never said anythibg about previous payments using this same account. I filed a complaint with BBB online. I just found out from Credit One they received the complaint and is now being looked at by one of their Corporate Reps. The contact number that goes directly to their Corporate complaints line is: 1-800-749-4900 They are open M-F 6am to 3pm - Pacific Standard time.

This company suspended my account for paying my card off in full. My bank has faxed over the bank validation requested by credit one to the fax number given to my bank by a credit one service representative supervisor. Now they say it will take 72hrs for fax to arrive. I was not born last night. This is completely unacceptable to punish your clients for responsibly paying
