History Of Countryside Bank
Countryside Bank was established on March 19, 1975, under the name State Bank of Countryside. The institution underwent several changes over the years, including a change of trust powers to full on February 3, 1982. The main office was relocated to 6724 Joliet Road in Countryside, Illinois, on December 31, 1986, and subsequently moved to 6734 Joliet Road on September 25, 1989. On February 17, 2015, the bank adopted the name Countryside Bank. However, on September 27, 2017, it changed its trust powers to none. On November 1, 2019, Countryside Bank merged with Hinsdale Bank & Trust Company, located in Hinsdale, Illinois. Following the merger, on January 1, 2020, the institution was renamed Hinsdale Bank & Trust Company, National Association.
