Country Bank

Country Bank was established on April 21, 1988, and originally operated under that name. Over the years, the bank underwent several relocations of its main office. On May 11, 2001, it moved to 902 Second Avenue, New York, New York. This was followed by a move to 200 East 42nd Street on November 19, 2001. The main office was relocated again on October 14, 2011, to 655 Third Avenue, 9th Floor, New York, New York. Ultimately, on January 1, 2020, Country Bank merged with OceanFirst Bank, National Association, based in Toms River, New Jersey, marking the end of its independent operations.
