Country Bank

Country Bank was established on February 3, 2003. Initially named Country Bank, the institution underwent several name changes and structural changes during its operational history. On July 31, 2016, it merged with Mohave State Bank, which is based in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Following this merger, the name was changed to Mohave State Bank on March 2, 2018. Subsequently, on August 23, 2018, the institution rebranded itself as the State Bank of Arizona. Country Bank relocated its main office to 147 North Cortez Street in Prescott, Arizona, on May 7, 2014.
