Cornerstone State Bank is a financial institution based in the state of Minnesota. It was established on April 8, 1974, under the name Le Sueur State Bank. Over the years, the bank underwent several changes, including a name change to Cornerstone State Bank on September 15, 1997. The bank's primary federal regulatory agency changed to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation on December 31, 2004, and it also ceased to be a member of the Federal Reserve System on that date. Throughout its history, the bank has relocated its main office multiple times, moving from Le Sueur to Montgomery, Minnesota, in June 2000 and then again within Montgomery to different addresses in August 2008 and November 2009.
