★ Bank review

Customer of 6 years. Until about 6 months ago, I would have only good things to say. After a passive aggressive letter from the bank manager and a sad excuse for on-line banking technology I'm happy to say I will never bank with them ever again. The "here to help" marketing is false, and this bank is completely detached from viewing customers as actual humans.

Awesome service. I am a senior citizen and had problems getting the app for online banking. One of the employees of the bank, Tara, took the time on her lunch break to come to my home and got me set up. Now I call that superior service and a real treasure of an employee. Cudos for Tara and CSB.
