Community & Southern Bank

Community & Southern Bank was established on January 29, 2010, and was initially named Community & Southern Bank. The institution underwent significant expansion through a series of acquisitions, primarily in Georgia, including the acquisition of First National Bank of Georgia in Carrollton, Appalachian Community Bank and Bank of Ellijay, both in Ellijay, and several other banks as part of government-assisted mergers between 2010 and 2012.
