Community Bank Ratings

Community Bank by people who, by their own admission, have little or no understanding of consumer protection and banking laws, and will let vendors screw you out of thousands of dollars for services and products not provided. Even the Chief Operating Officer, after discussing the matter in July 2022 and advising me to reopen the claim then not only refused to reopen the claim but also irresponsibly failed to notify me of such until November 2022. He told me in July that my proof was compelling not only to reopen the case but to win my appeal. Then he obviously spoke to the same idiots at this bank to ignore my witness statements and Consumer Credit Protection laws and rely on the same faulty and immaterial assumptions about a contract to cheat me out of Thousands of dollars.

Worst bank I've ever had experiences with. Almost two months since my account has been opened and I still do not have a debit card. I have been asked to, and have, verified my address several times. I am also locked out of the online banking feature due to the verification code being sent to a random phone number and my own, which is listed as my primary contact in the services 2 factor verification. Pair that up with extremely slow customer service response times, and copy pasted answers, you are much better off finding another financial institution to place your money.

It's a very nice respectable Bank. People are always friendly courteous and willing to give you a hand and treat you respectful. They treat everyone like their family. It's a very nice establishment to work with.

Our Community Bank branch is Camden. THEY are te BEST!!! I paid our mortage off IN FULL to the Camden branch after a payoff request had been sent to my camden people.. Oleans branch who sent the payoff info to begin with sent another payoff paper a week AFTER I PAID IN FULL!! Guess what... today - 11-29, 2019 I received a letter stating the account was past due from Oneida branch. WTH the damn account was PAID IN FULL 11/18/2019. My husband was very irrate and took it out on ME cause Chelsea Boser, mortgage Paid Out Rep of Olean didn't do her job. . . The computer is only as smart as the person programming it! He wants an apology... I WANT RESULTS. We paid - got the paperwork as does Camden branch to prove it. Olean Mortgage rep FIX THIS!!!

Community bank in Pittston has been my bank since I moved here almost ten years. I have been very happy with them, the people are very nice, friendly and helpful. I have never had any problems. I give them the highest rating. Elaine Harrison

This bank has caused nothing but trouble for me since I moved to Tennessee. If you move out of state I suggest closing your accounts with this bank.

In august of 2015 i was released from nys prisonfor dwi. I needed a loan and combank gladly loanedme $4,000 which i have paid back. Thanks community bank in walton, ny.

If your ATM is out of order, it shouldn't accept cards. It took mine and then said Out of Order. Now I have to wait until Monday to get my card back.
