The Community Bank of Raymore was established on May 15, 1979, in Raymore, Missouri, originally operating under that name. On June 30, 1988, the bank's main office was relocated to 801 West Foxwood Drive, Raymore, Missouri. The institution became a member of the Federal Reserve System on July 21, 2000, and at that time, it changed its bank classification to a State Chartered Bank, which was a member of the Federal Reserve System. However, this status changed on May 7, 2013, when the bank withdrew from the Federal Reserve System and switched its regulatory oversight to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Additionally, on the same date in 2013, the bank's classification was updated to a State Chartered Bank, no longer a member of the Federal Reserve System.
