Community Bank and Trust of Florida

Community Bank and Trust of Florida was established on April 2, 1998, originally operating under the name Community Bank of Marion County. The bank underwent several changes throughout its history, including a shift to full trust powers on May 7, 2003. On March 6, 2000, the main office relocated to 1603 Southwest 19th Avenue in Ocala, Florida. Subsequently, the institution changed its name to Community Bank and Trust of Florida on March 1, 2005. However, the bank's operations came to an end when it voluntarily closed and liquidated its assets on November 9, 2019.
