Commercial Bank was established on July 3, 1913. Over the years, the bank relocated its main office several times; it moved to 171 West Main Street in Whitewater, Wisconsin, on January 18, 1971, and later relocated to 200 South Fremont Street in Whitewater on June 2, 1975. On September 22, 2017, Commercial Bank merged with PremierBank, based in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, marking the end of its independent operation.
