History Of Colorado State Bank and Trust

Colorado State Bank and Trust was established on October 1, 1908, originally under the name The Colorado State Bank of Denver. Over the years, the institution underwent several name changes and regulatory updates. On June 10, 1997, the bank changed its name to Colorado State Bank and Trust. On September 10, 2003, it further modified its name to Colorado State Bank and Trust, N.A., transitioned its primary federal regulatory agency to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and became a member of the Federal Reserve System. The main office of the bank was moved to 1600 Broadway, Denver, Colorado, on October 12, 1971. Ultimately, on January 1, 2011, Colorado State Bank and Trust merged with Bokf, National Association, and subsequently changed its name to Bokf, National Association, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
