We have been customers of Colony Bank for many years and have always received excellent service. They always go above and beyond with their customer service. We are always greeted with a smile and called by name. I highly recommend Colony Bank Sylvester for all your banking needs.

The manager at the Tifton branch is so rude and disrespectful. I deposited a check that I received in the mail just to find out it was fraudulent and when I went in to speak with her she didn't give me her or tried introducing herself whatsoever. Soon as I walked into her office she started talking reckless and disrespectful. She wouldn't give me a chance to speak as I was trying to talk and trying to tell her about who sent me the check. She would cut me off and continue saying she don't want to hear it and she don't have time for it and when I caught an attitude back with her and got loud with as I was saying you're not gonna keep talking to me like I'm stupid then threatened to call the cops but as long as she was being disrespectful and saying that she was gonna close out my account she felt good about herself know she was doing this in front of my 13 year old and others was in the building and she left her door open for everyone to hear the conversation. She is very unprofessional and have no respect and I feel the only reason why she work around people of another race is because she have to she a racist and don't know how to resolve any situation without belittling a person and trying to embarrass a person and yes she told the lady upfront to close my account I have made a complaint on he(Sherri) hopefully I'll hear from someone very soon cause I have funds that goes in that account every other week and that's how my bills are paid. Now gotta find another bank and redo my automatic bill draft all because of this rude woman something need to be done asap.

Received letter stating local Soperton branch to be closed.. More information or verification could not be gotten.
