Over the years, the institution underwent several significant changes, including a transition to a stock savings bank on July 16, 2004, and a change in its trust powers, with full trust capabilities established on December 5, 1991. The bank's main office was moved to 136 Main Street in Canton, Connecticut, on June 30, 2000. On October 1, 2019, the institution officially rebranded itself as Collinsville Bank. However, this was followed by its merger with Northwest Community Bank in Winsted, Connecticut, on January 4, 2021, marking the end of its independent operations.
