CNLBank

CNLBank was established on July 28, 1997, originally under the name Alliance Bank. The institution underwent a rebranding process, changing its name to Cnl Bank on November 15, 1999, and subsequently to CNLBank on January 27, 2000. On April 20, 2009, CNLBank expanded its operations through the acquisition of two locations: one in Bonita Springs, Florida, and another in Jacksonville, Florida, both of which were known as CNLBank at the time. The evolution of CNLBank culminated on December 1, 2015, when it merged with Valley National Bank, located in Passaic, New Jersey.
