Citywide Banks is a financial institution with a history that dates back to its establishment on November 1, 2006, originally named Summit Bank & Trust. The bank underwent a series of name changes and acquisitions, most notably changing its name to Centennial Bank and Trust in February 2016 after acquiring Centennial Bank in Denver, Colorado. In July 2017, Citywide Banks acquired the original Citywide Banks and officially adopted its name. The bank moved its main office multiple times, with significant relocations occurring in February 2016 to 707 17th Street, Denver, Colorado, and again in August 2017 to 1800 Larimer Street, Suite 100, Denver, Colorado.
