★ Bank review

Their private banking section ripped me off for over $100,000 and the real number is much more. They were paying me .015 percent interest for my Gold Money Market account for years. This account promised the top tier interest rates for accounts containing at least $250,000. My account contained MUCH MORE than that. During the years leading up to and including 2023 their top tier was paying up to 5% and more. They took advantage of me and when I brought it to their attention their Private Banking Supervisor apologized and said he was sorry that his relations person dropped the ball. I had to beg them to replace the lazy do nothing relation person. I now have a very good banking prof. taking care of my accounts while I am slowly withdrawing my funds and depositing in other more competent and caring banking institutions. City National Bank (Bci) is set up to where a customer cannot get the attention of bank executives to inform them of these incompetent people abusing their customers. I have been their banking client for 40 years or more. I am making this complaint because I cannot get the attention of anyone above the responsible private banking mid-level incompetent's that caused this issue by not properly managing their department.
