Love these ladies at this branch so very very helpful and super sweet and always positive and huge smiles. Thank u ladies im glad i joined city national bank u guys have made it more welcoming and super easy.
I was very disappointed on Saturday morning December 16, 2023 my fiance and I went into to see about an account that belonged to my father who had passed away and I had been recently contacted as being his sole beneficiary. There was 3 black people working 2 females and 1 male whom did not appear to be very eager or interested in helping me, I presented my father's death certificate along with my identification and the man seemed to be quite annoyed with me, he took the death certificate and looked at it for a few minutes, did not even attempt to type in anything on the computer to try and locate my father's name, but soon began telling me there was no account under his name. I then explained that back in 2016-2017 that particular branch location had issues a check on my father's behalf in the amount of $14,000 and I then asked if they had bank records dating back that far, one of the ladies who waz standing at another computer quickly and somewhat rudely snapped back with "yes we do, but we're not going to waste time trying to locate an account that clearly does not exist". I then asked if I could have their cooperate office phone number and again even more rudely the same lady snapped back at me " there's no reason for you to bother wasting time calling just to be told the same as we're telling you now". I started to ask another question and as the guy handed back my father's death certificate he said " Enjoy the rest of your day". I have never felt so insulted in my life, I've worked in customer service my entire adult life so I know first hand that your supposed to assist any customer, every single person that you interact with to the very best of your ability and I feel that not a single one did anything to assist me and what I was needing. Very, very, very unprofessional to say the very least. The blatant disregard and complete lack of respect was truly such a disappointing encounter. I was not rude in any way, shape or form, and so for them to to treat me was truly a shock for me, and unnecessary. I was already having a hard time dealing with my father's passing and didn't need such disrespect, I was simply just trying to find out about an account and unfortunately all I walked away with was hurt feelings and confusion about why not any one of them even tried to look anything up. I will say that because of this experience I will not be looking to open an account with this branch location in the future.
Hi I set up a new account with you on Friday and was told my bank card would be on . Will it's not. And I been trying to reach out to someone for help but I don't get no help. I'm trying to get a hold of Amber Williams she the one that help me on Friday. I don't know my password the cardnot on.
Great customer service from Chris and Carmen!!! Everytime, I go to that Branch, everyone is so friendly and kind, as they are at any of the locations. I love City National, and even the fact they will take the time and wish someone a Happy Birthday. Again, I want to shout out to Chris and Carmen for always going the extra mile!!
