Since they've changed over to the new online system, if you need help with customer service no one ever picks up. I have been holding on now for 31 minutes. Customer service is no longer as it was and this is very frustrating!!

I'm trying my best not to report them to BBB, this bank is the worst when it comes to customer service. The branch on Panola Rd, Lithonia GA-- ATM machine has not been working properly in over a week.
