Citizens State Bank, originally established as The Citizens National Bank of Wisner on October 19, 1888, is a financial institution based in Wisner, Nebraska. Over the years, it has undergone several significant changes and acquisitions. In 2006, the bank changed its name to Citizens National Bank and expanded its services through acquisitions, including The First National Bank of Belden and Bank of Leigh on August 25, 2006.
