★ Branch review: Sevierville Kroger Branch

This bank SUCKS I've been waiting since August for over $5000 they owe me from a cabin rental company now again another over $3000 they owe me for this month still NO payment and still NO answers my cabin company says they put the money in somebody else's account and now need to try to get it back how's this my fault I have bills to pay this is wrong this bank SUCKS. If I had a mortgage with this bank they expect the payment right away they would take this for an excuse so why don't pay me back my money.

I was in Food City n Sevierville Tn. To buy a money order and was told they couldnt sell me one because i didnt bank with CNB. Why??
