Branch Reviews & Complaints
My mom banks there and she now has to go into assisted living. They told me I needed Power of Attorney to deal with her financesat. WRONG. Now I need to fill out paperwork and also send the original POA to some other branch in order to get a joint account. Such a hassle plus my mom needs 2 forms of of ID? She's 93 years old!! Closing account out.
