On September 11th I went to this branch to fill out a form regarding my assets. The employee refused to help because I didn't have my debit card with me. I explained to her that I had my debit card and my ID on my phone, but she still refused to complete the form. Then, I tried to ask the bank manager, who was nearby, to help me with the situation, but he ignored me and I left. An hour later I returned with both the debit card and my ID, which I provided to another employee who filled out the form. After completing the form, I went to the manager's office to ask for him name to file a complaint against him. He refused to tell me his name, alleging that he didn't have time for this bullshit and that he didn't deal with crazy people, referring to me, and violently threw me out of his office. I insisted that he should tell me his name. Instead, he approached me threatening to beat me up, but Mr. Ramos, the employee who had helped me to complete the form, got between us, preventing the manager to get near me.
