Worst bank every keeps locking up my card and call no fraud alert now telling me wait for 24 hours. I'm taking my direct deposit off this awful bank. Customer service is a joke every time call in they give you different answer. I got a fraud on my card a month ago now constantly having to call verify this is a major headache. I was recently attacked by a dog at this T.O branch. The dog broke free from the owner...and charged at me. It barked and jumped on me... I was terrified. I'm severely allergic to animals. Then when I got up to the window the man with the dog left a full bag of poop at the window where I had to do business. So DISGUSTING!!!! Was very impressed with Citibank and this Branch in particular. So much so that i will be leaving my other bank of 30 years to do business here. Brought my 91 year old Mother here and we were treated with respect while getting 5 star service. The branch manager treated her like family.
