The absolute worst credit card customer service. I was hung up on twice. I've been a 20 year city card/Citibank customer. I closed my account strictly because of their horrible customer service. I will never open anything with Citibank again.
You Suck Citibank. These numbers no help (605)370-6261 and 1-800-950-5114. No way to reach human being with robot phone prompts. No way to reach humans on phone with corporate numbers they hang up! My payment isn't being entered and it's your bank that owns Macys credit card. Called Department Stores National Bank. Fed up, hung ups by Macys company employees (reps) & CitiBank. No responses to emails with any I found with Macys. Payments by mail being held by Citibank and or this Department stores National Bank so they can charge customer finance fees. 13 days in the mail going from Ohio to your payment center in KY : address PO. Box9001094, Louisville, KY 40290-1094. Get my darn payment entered for $139.74. Next is Fair credit reporting Act complaint and already did Attorney General. Shame on your bank for how horrible you treat customers with no human atall help these days!
