BRANCH REVIEWS
The most moronic bank on the planet, I go to pay my citi bank Mastercard with cash. You refuse to take a cash payment because I don t have a checking account. So you are basically refusing to accept a payment on a debt with legal currency. It s not the only stupidity, I am booking hotel reservations in Europe you insist on calling my cell with a pin. I get the pin enter it correctly but you decline anyway. Then my secondary line rings and it's your fraud department asking if I have another number. I have two do you want three. All this despite getting an email that you say you can see I am going to travel. You should have added to the email be prepared to validate and prove every purchase in Europe. I have finished jumping through hoops to use a card. But cherry on the cake refusing cash payment at a branch with cashiers. Have a checking account seriously with this stupid a bank.
