It is impossible to get someone to pick up the phone but when you walk into the branch there are a half dozen reps walking around the lobby chatting to each other and doing nothing! It's a disgrace! PICK THE PHONE UP! How hard is that? Go to Fidelity and they pick the phone up every time, in 2 minutes, 24/7! Take a lesson from those who are top of the range like Fidelity, while Citi can't get any lower in customer service! To make matters worse, when you call you get a message saying Sorry we can't help you, and you cant even leave a message and let your rep know you tried to reach them! I had an apptmt today at the branch and tried to be courteous and cancel it because I couldn't make it but because no one is reachable I was not able to cancel it. Moreover, I wasted time making a dozen calls to the branch but no one ever picks up! Good luck in building a first-class high net worth bank, you are so far behind the competition, you should just give up! All I tried to do today was be courteous and cancel my apptmt so the rep did not waste time but I couldn't even do that!
