I have had horrible customer service from this bank. You can not ever reach a real person to help you and their online bureaucracy is worthless if you want to complain or have an issue outside the norm.
Your inner bank is not open in the open hours that have been posted. I have to cash a check with a teller, and oftentimes I have been there at 10:30 a.m. and the bank is not open. Why is this?
Terrible place to bank. I'd been a customer for 45 years, since it was first Texas Commerce Bank. A couple years ago I had about $200,000 transferred into my account from another bank from a matured CD. And I went in and got the paper work. Then in a week or two, Chase CLOSED my account, froze it, and bounced ALL my checks, and never told me they did it and they never did tell me why. I found out from the merchants who had tried to cash my checks. Chase caused me a lot of trouble. As a result I don't do much business with them, just keep a small household account open for utility bills to be drafted and a few checks. I would like to rate them a zero, but one is the lowest this website allows.
Tried to get an answer today about foreign currency. Just wanted to get some Euro. I dont have an account there but do have a chase credit card. They wouldnt help me. Not only would they not help me, they couldnt even tell me where to even go to get foreign currency exchanged. I need to apparently open a bank account to get currency exchanged. Odd though, they supply my credit card. so im good enough for their credit card, but not good enough to help otherwise. Bad business.
I have tried to contact the branch all day without success. They have me scheduled with a loan agent for tomorrow at 4:00 p.m. and I am simply trying to cancel the appointment. The voice message refers me to an 800 number where I call and they do not even see the appointment in the system. When I go online as they refer me to there is no evidence of the appointment also. A gentleman by the name of Carlos called me last week to reschedule the appointment for Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. tomorrow and I need to cancel it because I've already started alone with an agent online that's very knowledgeable and can assist me with much better ease as I am disabled and it's hard for me to go in and out of the local branch. I am shocked about not being able to get a hold of anyone at the branch and that the agent provided to me did not have a card presented to me when the customer service rep at the local branch made the appointment.
i have banked with them when they were Washington Mutural. Hate this branch. Go through drive through wait 10 mins always. Will not help you unless you heave the form filled out. It totally sucks have to have a ppt to be seen. Be glad when paid off so they will go in the garbage. Very bad management. Does not care about the clients.
I have been involved in a inheritance fund scam involving Andy C*** (302) 667-96** and Jefferey Th*** (302) 665-44** deliveryservice2022@gmail.com. I was sent an email in December indicating that I was entitled to an inheritance fund of $16.2 million. I was advised to pay over a total of $6,000 in fees to receive this inheritance fund. I was sent an ATM card which I have been unable to access. I was advised to go to https://www.mcbeservices.com/en/portal to open an account with access these funds which I have been unable to access. The most recent request from Jefferey Thompson is to pay another $1,2000 in order to receive these funds. This appears to be a scam as in the last 5 months I have received no funds for the fees I have paid. I have requested numerous times to receive these funds or if not the funds to have my fees returned to me. I would appreciate help in this matter as I am ready to report this as a scam and to contact the FBI regarding this situation. My name is Cheryl Myers, my email is CherimyersKY71D@outlook.com.
I can never, ever get through by phone and there is no way to leave a message! Horrible customer service.
The parking lot in this branch has had deep potholes for the last 18 months, DISGRACE! West AA and Yipsi parking lots safe to walk in. Also use the U of M Credit Union and their parking lots are also user friendly. Have had a Chase account since 1987!
I've always had great service when I need help. I've opened accounts, needed money transfers, notary services, always timely and helpful.
Cannot contact Buckhannon branch by phone. Cannot leave a message. This is terrible. I will seriously consider moving all my accounts to a bank I can talk to.
When it comes to customer service, this branch rates a minus -4,806 on a scale of 4805. Why? you ask?
1) It is very difficult for me to get to the branch during normal business hours as I have a business to run. So, one day I took time off, when to the branch and worked out with the head teller how I can have a staff member swing buy to get change for my cash register. Less than a year later, that head teller was gone and the new head teller wouldn't honor the agreement. So how do I get the cash to run my business? So I called the bank. And called the bank and left a voice mail. And called the bank. And called the bank. easily called the bank 20 times over three days. Didn't get the courtesy of a call back. And never reached a live person at the phone number listed for this bank. Do you think the bank has no phone number? Nah, I didn't think so.
2) Another time, I needed document apostille certified. So, again I had to close my business and go to the bank. The woman at this branch said she doesn't know if I am a customer so she can't apostille the document. I said you can look in your computer and ask any question about my account to see if I am a customer. She looked at me as if to say, "You expect me to expend that much effort?" So I took out my Chase Ink, Chase Visa, Chase Freedom and Chase Debit card and placed them on the table for her to see. "Don't throw them at me."!!!!! I said I am not throwing them at you. I am showing you I am a customer. "Well, I can't apostille this document for you as I have to go pick up my kids from school." And out the door she went. Didn't ask if we can reschedule a time together. Didn't suggest I speak to another team member. Didn't offer another suggestion on how to get my document apostillized. Note to Jamie Dimon, Chase Bank President: Please include lessons in customer service and manners in your classes on how to be a bank branch manager.
Tried multiple times to speak to a branch person. Repeatedly told no one was available and was hung up on by the automated system!
Why don't they answer there local phone #??
The Placerville branch has an awesome team of banker people. I seriously felt like they make the very best of a day in the life of helping people with our banking needs. Everyone was so helpful and with a sincere atmosphere. I came in unsure and left with my new checking account money in my pocket since I did not have to wait five or ten days for my paychecks to clear THANK YOU CHASE and everyone there who helped make my day! I forgot to mention I they were able to help me that day within minutes where I had been to other banks two and each place I was told to come back for an appointment thank goodness or I would not have got to meet everyone at Chase..
I am very pleased with this branch. I go in on a daily basis to make bank deposits from the insurance store that I work out of, which is 2 miles away. As soon as I walk in they greet by my name they usually address me by saying "Hi Maria we'll be right with you" and everyone in the bank turns around and looks at me, making me feel important and welcomed to their branch. Keep up the good work guys and again thank you for making me feel welcomed.
Chase Bank in Radcliff needs to open back up for its customers so they won't have to drive all the way to E-Town.
I met with Romy on one occassion and with James Patterson, mortgage specialist, on another. I was so impressed with their commitment to customer service. It would be easy to feel like just another number at a huge bank like Chase. Now I see that the reason they're huge is that despite their size and all they offer digitally, they still haven't moved away from being a customer service oriented institution.
Want to give a shout out to Jonathan Lopez, an officer and relationship banker at this branch. Incredible young man. Beyond helpful. Patient. Polite. Respectful of a senior with questions and some confusion. An expert on customer service and does his job extremely well. Continue employing young people such as Jonathan. Please.
Fuck Chase Bank.. That Rockville Road staff is full of shit... And us brown ppl need to bank with our kind.
Today was my worst banking experience of my life, no exaggeration. I waisted almost an1 1/2 hours eating to verify a Chase check that I wanted to cash, since my bank is closed on Saturdays.
I was given many reasons from various staff to why they must speak with account holder before cashing check
1. Such I don't have a Chase account
2. They call account holders for Chase checks over $500
3. They couldn't verify the signature
4. There are special circumstances on his account.
Interesting thing is that I left w/o cashing my check, so I went to another branch to see if it's the same result.
I am please to say that in the other branch I gave my ID, they said just a moment while I verify the check, they asked for a second ID that Zi gave them; they gave me cash for their Chase check. I was out in 25 minutes.
I Recomended using other branches if you value your time and are not an account holder.
I was thinking that I would be embarrassed to hear this from some one I paid for their work with a Chase Check or to have Chase call each time I write a Chase check over $500. After this experience I don't want to accept Chase checks or have a Chase account, I don't recommend it. I wonder how many other bad experiences there been in this branch that are not shared ?
Chase Bank in Radcliff needs to open back up for their customers.
A good bank, how in the heck can I open a savings, i was told i could do it online but I see NO place to do it!!
They are very nice and provided assistance when needed.
I can't get you on the phone...busy. I CAN'T ACCESS THE MONIES IN MY ACCOUNTS (as usual). And, I want to dispense with the third level of logging in.....each and everytime I turn the computer on, I have to get a numerical code to get in. I also have to provide my password, two, that's right, two times. You aren't sending me the numerical codes anymore......strange? I've had three pieces of trouble with your bank. One of your "officers" (?????) fixed me up by opening a new cheching account, zero balance and I even got a debit card for this new, unwanted, unused account. I spoke to the branch manager, a very nice woman and, taking two trips, she seemed to fix my problems. NOWWWW I'm not getting the numerical code so I can't access my money. I sure a hell hope someone out there can fix my problem with Case because if it happens again... I'll just shop for a new bank. I expect someone to call on the with an explanation (whispered quietly...excuse.)
