Branch Reviews & Complaints
While the employees are friendly, they are poorly trained and unhelpful. I needed an estate annual account summary notarized and they though it was a loan statement and refused to notarize this legal document. They took my name and number and said someone from the bank would call me and let me know if they could notarize the summary, no one called. This is the only Chase branch that refused to notarize estate documents. I went to UPS and paid $15 to have it notarized. The folks at UPS (located right behind this branch) said this happens all the time. Thanks for nothing Gold River!
I went there at 1:12pm to deposit cash $300. There was only one bank teller. I gave my $300 (3 x $100). The bank teller gave the deposit slip and I was surprised my total balance was only $2,611. Then I checked my deposit slip. The bank teller put it like this: checking deposit $200, cash in $300. Then I asked her why you put "cash in" $300. She yelled to me that this was the way the machine calculate. Since there were few customers waiting for the bank service, I did not want to fight with her. I will check online when I arrived at home
After arriving at home, I went on line. She posted only deposit $200. I was shocked that chase hired unionist employee. She stole $100. Please call me at 916-600-2956. My transaction #112 Cash box 05
