Chambers Bank is a financial institution that was established on October 7, 1930, originally under the name Danville State Bank. Over the years, the bank underwent several acquisitions and name changes, ultimately changing its name to Chambers Bank on September 5, 2000. In the same year, the bank acquired The Scott County Bank in Waldron, Arkansas, and the Bank of Amity in Amity, Arkansas. Chambers Bank further expanded its operations by acquiring Chambers Bank of North Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas, on November 24, 2008, and River Town Bank in Dardanelle, Arkansas, on November 2, 2019. On March 15, 2023, Chambers Bank became a member of the Federal Reserve System, which involved a change in its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Reserve and its classification to a state-chartered bank.
