Branch Reviews & Complaints
Century Bank in Grand Bay has become the slowest place to do business. It takes 30-45 minutes to make deposits. Long lines are created inside and out because they have decided to keep staffing to a minimum to avoid overcrowding. Guess what it is only making the lobby crowd up twice as fast and creating dangerous lines in the drive thru. Since this branch went under new management it has just gotten worse and worse. To ad insult to injury they are the only bank in town and over half the population uses this branch to do business. Friendly hometown bank is not what you get when dealing with this branch.
