I called to find out if the Branch was open Saturday morning drive through. I talked to a young man that was a perfect gentleman. The Branch has always treated me like I somebody and happy to help me. You have a great Branch.

★ Branch review: Fort Mitchell Branch

Recently visited your city for an event. On the way out of town our car broke down in front of bank branch. We just needed a quick ride to auto parts store. It was during lunch. I asked the branch manager if someone would be kind enough to take us to pick up a part and he said everyone was too busy. In the 3 hours I sat there waiting for help there was only one customer. Not very impressed! Where are the helpful folks? Wouldn't bank with you if no other in town.
