Central Bank Illinois, originally established as Central Trust & Savings Bank of Geneseo, Illinois on February 1, 1907, has undergone several name changes and acquisitions throughout its history. In 1990, the institution was renamed Central Trust & Savings Bank, and in 2001, it adopted its current name, Central Bank Illinois.
