History Of Cedar Valley Bank & Trust
Cedar Valley Bank & Trust was established on July 6, 1906, originally operating under the name Mount Auburn Savings Bank. The institution underwent several significant changes throughout its history. On December 30, 1989, the main office was relocated to Main Street in Mount Auburn, Iowa. Following this, the bank changed its name to Cedar Valley Bank & Trust on March 15, 1991. The main office moved again on March 26, 1993, this time to 321 Main Street, La Porte City, Iowa.
