When I tried to open this site it loaded Waverunner and my computer went nuts from warnings from Microsoft about not using that site. I had to close my computer and restart. Now your site is non-responsive to any of the click here buttons. Your tech people are not doing the job.
The bank offered me a one year CD at a fixed interest rate (4.50%), took my money and gave me the paperwork and a receipt for my deposit. Two hours later the bank called and told me they we sorry, but they made a mistake and could not give that interest rate and wanted me to come back the next day and get my money!!! This is no way to run a bank.

Cadence bank is terrible and unprofessional. They're racist this lady that works in the bank had the nerve to tell me I wasn't privileged to get over draft protection. They can sabotage your account. Cadence Bank in Corinth,Ms should've had their bank to closed and throw away the key. They are truly lowdown.
Opened a 6-month CD with this bank May 31,2023.... a substantial amount. I decided to terminate the CD early and was aware that i would lose all accrued interest, but i was told when opening the CD that i would not lose any of the original deposit, only the interest. Should have got it in writing because when i closed it today not only did, I forfeit all accrued interest, but they all charged me an early withdrawal penalty! Of course, the manager stated she told me this would happen when I opened the CD, but she lied, I was not told i would lose the Capital, only the accrued interest. Very disappointed that this bank has to be deceitful to gain customers. Will never do business with this bank in the future and advise others to beware!
The staff in this branch is outstanding! Laura, the manager along with Sam, Laurel and Gino are so focused on the customers and are friendly, efficient and accommodating. They offer BIG BANK services, but operate more like community. I highly recommend them!
Why can't I log on to my online account, never had this problem with Bancorp!
I visited Cadence Bank today as a customer not a member, I just wanted change for a large bill. I was not trying to cash anything just wanted change. I was asked did I have an account there? and my answer was "no". The teller then told me that they didn't do that. Is This a rule of the bank or was I the wrong color or was I simply not one of her people that she gossips with. I had been In many places, but this was the first bank where I could not walk in and get change. I was looking for a bank in the area but Cadence Bank will not be my bank of choice.
Hi, My father is an elderly resident of Hooks and has banked at this bank since moving there in 1974. He got a letter notifying him that this bank location is closing. Can you let me know, for him, what his banking options will be now after this branch closes? He is at a loss as he isn't very computer savvy and transportation is limited at times to travel a longer distance to conduct his business.
Worst bank ever! I have had an account with them at the Leeds, AL branch in good standing for over 20 years and deposited hundreds of my father's checks who has helped with my children's college educations and with their extra-curricular activity expenses. He's a wonderful father and grandfather! I found an older check from my dad and he told me I could deposit it to help with a gum surgery I've got next week but I went to the branch manager, named Christy (felt so bad over how I was treated I forgot to ask her last name) and she told me no, she didn't trust me or the check! UNREAL! I even showed her the text from my dad telling me it was ok to deposit the check and had texted him a photo of the check. I researched and found out that a bank CAN accept an older check if they think the check is good. I am shocked at the way I was treated by the branch manager, Christy. She told me to my face that "the way I was talking" raised lots of "red flags!" I will be closing this account. It's unbelievable to me having been a customer of theirs for over 20 years never having any bad standing with them EVER and depositing hundreds of my dad's checks sucessfully who is a world renowned geneticist/doctor. No loyalty whatsoever and told me she didnt trust me! Just WOW! I even told her it was no problem if they placed a hold however long they wanted on the check but she was extremely condecending and ugly and refused. Both my Mom and my Dad are leaving me substantial sums of money one day and would have trusted Bancorp South with it since they've been my bank for so long, but not now! So glad I found out my banking relationship with them was totally one sided and that they in fact did not trust me or my dad even though there was zero reason to not trust us and many reasons to trust us! This world and the lack of trust and greed is unreal to me! I could tell she looked down on me and was not friendly or nice to me at all! My account has always been in good standing and out of hundreds of checks from my dad, never once had one not been a good check! I even told her they could put a 100% hold until it cleared! My Dad and his wife are out of the country dealng with cancer so dad told me to go ask the manager to deposit his GOOD check but she refused! Christy flat out told me she didn't trust me even though she doesn't know me personally but two employees there: Gary Hamm and Nancy Grimes Cromwell have known me for many years!

Just a simple question here. Does this bank offer a full service ATM? I need a bank that I can both withdraw AND deposit money in. Due to my work hours, I can not got to the bank to make deposits during normal business hours.
