This is not a facebook problem, but seems to be the only way I can contact my home bank in Gray, Ga. I tried calling, but got a message saying the number was not in use at this time. When I called the 800 number or sent a message to them, I was told I had to go through my home bank where we first opened our account. Last week I asked that my account have overdraft charges of over $100.00 be removed. I explained how these overdraft charges were not my fault since we have a new bank now . Several charges were made on this account after I thought it was closed. We have been with this bank for 18 years and never had overdraft charges and always kept a high balance in our account. We are only asking that these charges be dismissed so we can pay the amount left and close this account. I hope this message reaches the bank officer who is supposed to be helping us. I would very much like to hear from this person sometime today. Thank you.
