I don't know which Cadence Bank the Ann Bennett Harris Tax Assessor is with downtown but their holding my BILL OF EXCHANGE and have failed to apply my payment to my home taxes(although I'm tax exempt per passport card number, C19223017) because America has been in Bankruptcy as of March 9, 1933 per HRJ 192. I have sent out again to the tax assessor's office a notice of default judgment because of my negotiable instrument. According to the bill they are sending to my family I have wrote on the coupon Title 18 Sec 8, which is an obligation of THE UNITED states and according to UCC 3-603, they have ignored the discharging Obligations per their government requirements and continue to allow their attorneys to harrass me and my family and they are torturing us, knowing they have fail to apply the laws as demanded! I have the real land patent to the property because I paid for it from the BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT and it shows the land patent was from 1845 or so, so I did a reconveyance on the property because my grandad is deceased and his heirs failed to discharge his taxes and that's my mom's dad, which she is deceased as well. I asked them to cease and desist the harrassing and they still are with the bullying and the STATE OF TEXAS, who sold We the People out on grossed breached contracts to a foreign for profit corporation aka UNITED STATES INC. or Harris County has given my grandad a color of law title to the property and not the land patent and did switched and bait on his rightful ownership to his rightful ownership of the property! According to the Department of Justice 242, it is a crime to steal peoples property based off of a color of law! I have recorded the rightful land patent in with the Harris County Real Property because of his heir negligence to the property. Harris County Tax Assessors office has also failed to respond to me about my BOE, which I went to the office to have them do a payment search and I received a form explaining it takes 30 days, signed off by the clerk whom collects payment and this is my second time receiving a payment search that they have failed to comply too! I demand them to cease and desist on trying to steal my property and defaming my character! I have also invoiced them for my missing payment as well but no response only threats through their attorneys office via lying certified mail paperwork! They keep sending positive payment statements instead of negative payment/ true bills to my family, having my family attack me when I'm a National [Scholar] and doing my best to walk in righteousness before the Prime Creator of the Universe! I also went down to the Harris County Appraisal district to get the property transferred in my name after all of the lawful filings, down to even a lien. The Clerk stamped and sealed the Homestead exemption application and told me it would take 90 days for the transfer and still to this day the property has not been transferred as my property and this was all done back in 2018-2019.
