The bank offered me a one year CD at a fixed interest rate (4.50%), took my money and gave me the paperwork and a receipt for my deposit. Two hours later the bank called and told me they we sorry, but they made a mistake and could not give that interest rate and wanted me to come back the next day and get my money!!!
