I've been on hold for Customer Service for 30 minutes. This is unacceptable. Fewer employees to save money at the customer's expense. I like the local owned bank system but I'm thinking of moving all my accounts to the Frost Bank.
I am ill and housebound so I can't come by the local New Braunfels, Texas bank. How can I terminate my checking account which has only a few dollars remaining in the account. I no longer use a checking account and need to terminate this because I still get information from your bank even though it is not in use now. Thanks for any info.
Need answer regarding closing my checking account. I have only around $5 dollars or so in it and have banking through my Security Service Credit Union where I have all of my investments etc.! Can you advise me how to do this so I don't to go into the office? If it is absolutely necessary I can go by the bank and do it some day but I live further away now.
