Boulevard Bank

Boulevard Bank was established in 1884 as The Neosho Building and Loan Association in Neosho, Missouri. Over the years, the institution underwent several name changes and organizational transformations. It became Neosho Savings and Loan Association on November 30, 1985, and subsequently changed its name to Neosho Savings & Loan Association, F.A. on April 5, 1995. On the same date, the organization type was modified to Mutual Savings Bank, and it changed its primary federal regulatory agency to the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS). Later that year, on December 1, 2004, the institution rebranded itself as Boulevard Bank. The bank's primary federal regulatory agency shifted to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency on July 21, 2011. Boulevard Bank notably moved its main office to 12800 Corporate Hill Drive in Des Peres, Missouri, in March 2014. After a period of operation, Boulevard Bank voluntarily closed and liquidated its assets on March 31, 2016.
