BOC Bank, originally established as McLean Bank of Commerce on August 16, 1984, is a financial institution located in McLean, Texas. The bank acquired American National Bank on the same day. On March 18, 1985, it changed its name to Bank of Commerce. In a significant development on July 21, 1999, the institution became a member of the Federal Reserve System and changed its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Reserve.
