This BMO Bank branch is the most competent and professional bank I have ever had. The team is very personable and has assisted me with a HELOC, Business LOC, an additional business savings and received me and my team members with a smile. They know all of us by name. I have never enjoyed going to the bank until now. I hope others will have the same experience. Happy BMO client! Biological Tree Services
This branch has been continually understaffed for many months. Although there have been several very good tellers who help with $ exchange, etc., the branch has been lacking solid management for well over two years! I was just in the branch asking for some help with a continuing problem with Zelle, and I was told I could wait an indefinite time for a personal banker. When I knocked on the door, the very young manager looked at me like a "deer in headlights" and explained I was being rude when I inquired about how to make an appointment,. He appears to be in "over his head," and doesn't know how to advise his tellers to explain to the customers what the situation is. So, rather use customer service, he called me rude, blamed me, and-I left the branch and will not go back into it unless management changes. I just called the Washington Street branch in Naperville and got cut off. Do I need a new bank? There are plenty around and after 35 yrs as a customer, maybe a change would be good!!
Please get a change counter. I have never seen a bank that did NOT have a change counter available for customers. The tiny local bank that used be here had one.
Musical chairs Bank managers and tellers. Called the main office to pay by credit card, but no one was available to take the call, too busy.
Who would file charges on a BMO Teller who stole $50.000.00 and closed the account. Am I responsible to file charges or the bank. and how long does it take to do a investigation. Cannot get any information from the manager at the bank.
What tellers have the brains to hold and look at my checks both with watermarks for deposit over 1k each and starts a conversation with you how they have to be careful of fraud nowadays hands the deposit slip to you to fill out and transaction slip to take that deposit to use toward credit card as they sit and tell me my neighbor that reminds me of a sexual predator is such of a good guy. So I didn't agree as I didn't care to explain why. She then says thank you and have a good day. Day goes by and check account for funds as I find out that teller flagged the two checks as Fraud and won't be able to receive that particular money for seven days! Though I took that money from my pension plan for myself and my wife to go on a trip two days later . Great thank you lady! The 3k I took out for the trip has hold on it and took off for work and now have to plan our trip for a later date all because I believe I didn't care for my neighbor and she was all defensive for him so getting back at me for my unwanted opinion by flagging not one but two checks from United States Bank as fraud is the dirtiest BS I've ever heard of! Best part is I get a check from them every month that I deposit there at least three previous times and never had a problem.
Worst bank ever. They are misleading about how your payment is posted vs principal to interest. When paying ahead on payments they tell you it is principal payment you are ahead on and not the interest payments. How in the world can you pay ahead and not get posted appropriately between the two. SCAM and RUN from this bank. My loan was transferred there from Bank of the West with whom we did not have any problem of payment appropriations.

BMO Bank 925 north high school road, indianapolis indiana 46214. CAUTION! This bank has a client that just committed wire fraud! They hacked into one of my customers email account, and another banks account, and got a wire transfer that was supposed to come to my company. Can't disclose the amount, but it was 6 figures. Shame on you BMO Bank, for allowing crooks to set up accounts with your bank. Shame on you, whoever you are, for stealing from good honest people. Since my banking and email have been compromised, i have had to change all my account numbers, and passwords. Thanks alot! And now, I'm looking at 30 to 60 days before I get paid.

The worst service ever. All I wanted to do is make payment on my account. Had account number-not good enough. Wanted no information. Just make payment. Had to get a manager on the phone to do so. And he didn't want to take it either. Rude.not helpful at all.
The branch manager at BMO Belvidere will not give us the manager above her or the team that does medallion's on paperwork. They have poor leadership and decision making abilities.
Kimberly is the absolute best. My 1st time at this branch, she came out of her office and I was greeted with a warm smile, a handshake, and a polite introduction. I told her that others could certainly learn from her. TOP notch personalized customer service, I'll certainly be back to this branch again. Thanks Kimberly, Thanks BMO Harris.
Can not talk to anyone at the Carol Stream Illinois branch? Their number after you go through all the selections. If numbers, takes you to someone off shore or out of the States to talk to. Giving them all your information, not happening. Then we set and wonder how all the fraud and identity theft happens.
This is just an avenue to allow it or to get it started. What happened to talking with someone in the branch office about issues???

This has been my bank since 1995, over the years our relations with all the employees we have met have been outstanding. Very helpful and personable, yet professional.

Hello, Just spoke with a gentleman from the bank about questions about what number is the Account and the routing number. After making sure I was Norman Rolfe he had my questions answered in no time. Every time I call the branch with questions or ask for an E-mail to let me know you received my deposit check you all take care of me as if I was your only customer, always polite and so so nice, thank you. Can't wait to get back to Florida, pop in at the bank with some goodies for your lunch room. Wish my bank in Canada were as nice. Thanks Again, Norman Rolfe
No comment here... a complaint... I waited over a half hour in the drive-thru behind a black SUV... Ridiculous!!.. Totally uncalled for to have to wait... Should've dealt with that person inside your bank!! I will NOT go to your branch again... I would rather go out of my way to othe Menomonee Falls branch than to go 5 minutes from my house to your branch. That was uncalled for to have to wait that long!!! Very dissatisfied customer!!!
TV worst service I have ever had from any bank any where
I called long distance and was placed on hold for they said, 20 minutes, ah hour later I called back and found out they were closed! Infuriating! Some one should pick up when they say 20 minutes or 30 or whatever.

Horrible bank to work with - completely incompetent back office, excessive fees, impossible to reason with. The bank's policy - our way or the highway.
Have not seen a teller in 2 years. Very limited hours. Not user friendly.
