I have been trying to get my lost debit card replaced since December 3rd, 2022, but to no avail. I have been told repeatedly that it would take from 10 to 14 days to do so. On three separate occasions the reason for this delay was because of a "plastic shortage". This is outlandish as I have had my Chase credit replaced in just five days all during the time B of W has been screwing around trying (or not) to replace my lost card.
My recent experience with your bank, of which I have been a customer for two decades, is totally inexcusable. My only recourse is to find another bank.
