I submitted a claim for unclaimed funds more than 1 year ago and still have not heard back from this office.
I have a credit card with Juniper/Barclays I called and activated it. Then I tried using it online and was being declined. I called back in and An Angel from Heaven Above answered I think I fell in Love the moment I heard her Voice. She was wonderful help and very kind. I appreciate Juniper/ Barclay and their wonderful service Yours Truly BossHoss Goodrich
I had a Barclays credit card for several years. Stayed up to date and had EXCELLENT credit rating. I closed the account on 6/30/2022, paying the account in full at that time and according to the full balance as posted on the website. Five months later, I noticed my credit rating dropping like a rock (150 point drop!). Upon investigation, I found that Barclays had reported past due amount for a grand total of $6! NOT once did they sent a bill for this amount. NOT once did they communicate that I owed 6 dollars. Now, 6 months later, still no bill, I find late fees have racked up to $57! I am a retired teacher and have NEVER in my life missed a payment or had a late charge! I have never bounced a check! Now, Barclays has ruined my credit rating over 6 damned dollars. This bank is HORRIBLE! They have deceptive practices (check them out on the internet) and will destroy a lifetime of hard work. They should be avoided at all cost, and seriously, should not be allowed to do business in the US.

I had a credit card from this bank which I kept locked since I didn't use it. Then I got a statement with a charge on it. I called and they said they would reverse the charges and issue a new card. The new card had fraud on it before I ever got it out of the mailbox! I called again and got the same response, tho they couldn't explain how there was fraud on a card that wasn't even activated! They said they would reverse that charge as well, which they did not! Same issue with the 3rd card... fraud before it was activated! Called several times for help, was given stupid excuses like systems were down (for days). They never refunded the charges and all the stress it caused wasn't worth it! My health is more important! Just an fyi... I started the first few conversations with these people with a professional and positive attitude! By the end, I was reduced to screaming and shaking, with my bp thru the roof to no avail! If you have a cc with this company I recommend that you close it!!! IMMEDIATELY!!!!
